Job Title: Director- Marketing and Customer Analytics

About Role:

As the Director of Marketing and Customer Analytics, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in leveraging data and analytics to optimize marketing strategies, improve customer segmentation, enhance user experiences, and drive growth on across Tata Digital Platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing and customer engagement strategies and providing insights that will help the company stay ahead of the competition.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to support marketing and customer engagement efforts.

Data Management: Oversee the collection, cleansing, and storage of customer data, ensuring data quality and security.

Customer Segmentation : Leverage data to create and refine customer segments, allowing for more personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.

 Marketing Campaign Optimization: Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, provide insights for improvement, and optimize spending to maximize ROI.

Customer Insights: Utilize data analytics to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and trends to enhance customer experiences.  

Data Visualization : Develop and present clear and actionable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and IT, to drive data-driven initiatives.

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Proven experience in data analytics, customer analytics, or related roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and software (e.g., Adove Analytics, Tableau, R, Python, etc.)
  • Proficiency in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • A deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
