Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

•            Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business

            Data Analyst

•            Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex

            data sets

•            Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using

            Power BI

•            Technical expertise regarding data models, database design

            development, data mining and segmentation techniques

•            Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages

            (Power BI), databases (SQL etc), programming

            (Python)

•            Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical

            packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

•            Create customize charts and custom calculations as per

            requirements

•            Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,

            analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information

            with attention to detail and accuracy

•            Experience in interpreting customer business needs and    

            translate those needs into requirements

•            Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
