Team Overview:

We handle everything from platform engineering, CI/CD pipelines, QA automation, analytics automation, NFR automation, and regression testing—driving innovation at scale.

As part of this team, you will be at the heart of scalability, performance, and reliability, ensuring that our systems meet the evolving needs of India's rapidly growing digital commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect & develop robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and methodologies to ensure software quality at scale.
Lead & collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, product managers, and project managers) to define and execute quality assurance initiatives.
Define & Drive release planning by setting software readiness criteria and ensuring seamless production deployment.
Improve Testing Efficiency by identifying pain points, providing technical guidance, and automating key workflows.
Create & Maintain test cases, test scripts, and regression suites across functional, performance, security, and NFR testing.
Perform Root Cause Analysis for complex issues and work closely with the engineering team for resolutions.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends and incorporate best practices in QA, test automation, and DevOps-driven testing.
Define Key Metrics for software quality, tracking test effectiveness, defect trends, and continuous improvement areas.

Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in Software Development in Test (SDET).
Hands-on experience in test automation, scripting, and no-code tool creation.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C++, Angular, React, or any modern OOP language.
Proven experience in leading QA efforts for medium to large-scale projects.
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, testing tools, automation frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
Experience in Analytics Automation, Performance Engineering, and open-source security tools (preferably ZAP).
Experience working on scalable applications, multithreading environments, and MVC architecture.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Patrol (Flutter-based automation), Appium, Espresso, Cypress, Playwright, or similar automation frameworks.
Ability to define test plans, quality metrics, and test strategies at an enterprise scale.
Strong collaboration skills with development and DevOps teams on automation and CI/CD integration.
Experience working with external SDET teams to define test expectations and execution plans.
