Security Program Manager

Job Description 

We are looking for a Security Program Manager (SPM) to lead and drive security programs across the organization, working closely with the CISO and collaborate with technology, product and business teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for security projects management, KPIs monitoring and reporting to ensure the successful execution of security initiatives.  
 

Required Skills 

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Security Governance preferably in Cloud, Infrastructure, or Application Security. 

  • Hands-on experience in coordinating security projects like Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Application Security. 

  • Understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards (RBI, NPCI, IRDAI) and security best practices such as ISO27001, NIST, SOC2, CIS, OWASP 

  • Ability to track and monitor security KPIs, metrics, and dashboards for periodic security reporting. 

  • Experience in escalation management and driving quick resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

  • Proficiency in preparing security reports, executive presentations, and leadership dashboards on a monthly, quarterly, or periodic basis. 
     

Key Responsibilities 

  1. Lead and Manage Security Projects: Drive and coordinate security projects with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery. 

  1. Track and Report Security Metrics: Monitor and track security KPIs, metrics and dashboards and periodic reporting to leadership. 

  1. Ensure Security Governance and Compliance: Align security projects with security policies and regulatory requirements. 

  1. Prepare Executive Reports and Dashboards: Publish periodic security reports including executive presentations and leadership dashboards
