Purpose of the Role

The Airline Category Growth Manager will strategically manage the airline category within TataNeu’s travel vertical. The role focuses on driving category marketing, revenue growth, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across channels: email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app. Drive A/B testing and iterative improvements to achieve the KPIs.
  • Customer Segmentations & targeting: Create segment-specific campaigns to drive engagement and repeat behavior.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Promotions and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, marketing strategies, and advertising initiatives to drive sales and increase market share within the airline category.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of airline products and services, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Manage partnerships and day-to-day coordination with key flight aggregators like Google Flights and Skyscanner to drive traffic, visibility & transactions.
  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with airline partners, negotiating favorable terms and pricing agreements to ensure competitive offerings and maximize profitability.

Competencies Critical for the Role

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behavior, campaign performance, and lifecycle metrics to drive CRM strategy.
  • Lifecycle & Personalization Expertise: Deep understanding of customer journeys with hands-on experience in segmentation, journey orchestration, and multi-channel campaign management across email, push, SMS, and in-app.

Desired Skills and Experience

Educational Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferred: MBA
