About the Team: |
The organic growth marketing team are the owners of the Platform funnel. Constantly trying to improve the top of the funnel for higher efficiencies with the expected platform traffic. This includes growth initiatives like personalization, segmentation, integrating the journey with marketing strategy/offers/value props through merchandising. Drive engagement through scaling up retention & brand campaigns. Create branding propositions for M1 and weekly retention. Gamification ideas to drive daily engagement.
Experience and Skillset:

Experience across tools like MoEngage, Adobe Analytics & Power BI

Ability to handle large volume of data and generate insights

Ability to create the right segments from data insights to drive personalized experiences

Roles and Responsibilities:

Top of the funnel growth
-
You will be responsible for a set of categories and drive the top of the App/Web funnel for the given categories by achieving AOP goals and constant improvement on engagement through improved CTRs by collaborating with Business, Product, and Martech to drive data driven UX – Personalization, Segmentation etc. Simultaneously, also drive activation and retention growth on the platform.

Drive cross category (multi-category) and hence uplifting platform ARPU

Create synergies between relevant categories (Financial Services X Commerce initiatives) – ex Cards and Commerce, Forex and Travel etc

Strategic Content and Campaign Management
- Drive the central campaign calendar and plan share of voice/share of traffic distribution based on calendar for category and platform optimization
- Design and execute data-driven customer segmentation-based campaigns, building use cases to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with Category teams to understand business objectives, decide on cohorts & offers, and share briefs on communications for copy and creative with the content/creative team.
- Manage large-scale campaign channel synergies. Create a 360 channel view to maximize output

Performance Analysis and Annual Operating Plan (Target vs Achievement)
- Provide performance analysis and strategic insights to category teams, ensuring continuous optimization of In - App strategies.
- Conduct deep dives into performance reports to maximize the effectiveness of Homepage and Central campaign pages.
- Design and run experiments through A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
