About the Performance Marketing Team: |
The Performance Marketing team at Tata Digital is tasked with driving key strategic initiatives focused on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. They achieve this by delivering high-quality, paid traffic to the Tata Neu App and Website. In addition to optimizing the marketing channel’s performance, the team collaborates closely with internal business category teams to meet category-specific objectives and ensure cost-effective results.
Experience and Skillset:
- Proven track record in delivering ROAS via digital marketing campaigns on Google or Meta with a focus on business impacting outcomes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tracking tools along with ability to interpret data to draw meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Prior experience in working for B2C app-based organization is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own strategy, execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and Affiliate channels to achieve business goals.
- Manage marketing budgets basis business objective and campaign type, ensuring cost-effective spending across channels while achieving performance targets.
- Continuously optimize bids, ad copy, and landing pages to improve Quality Score and reduce CPC while maximizing conversion rates and ROAS
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with content, creative and other internal teams to improve campaign performance on the go.
- Continuously monitor campaign spending to ensure maximum ROI, adjusting bid strategies to improve efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the campaigns and its results.
